Thermal Monitor Controller with RS-232 interface (TMC-232)

Hysteretic thermal regulator with enable output for sensitive external device.

4 potential free NO outputs (normal open relay contacts), Enable, Cooler, Heater, GP (General Purpose).

1-4 temperature sensors can be connected to the same communication bus(can be upgraded up to 32).

1 TTL digital filtered input which is logically connected to GP output.

12V/1A(unregulated) output for powering external fans, or other devices.

Log,error messages.

Operation: the regulator has 4 defined temperature parameters, thus 5 states:

- state 1:  Tm<T1        :  heater on; // too cold
- state 2:  T1<Tm<T2   :  enable on, heater on; // cold but acceptable
- state 3:  T2<Tm<T3   :  enable on; // normal working temperature
- state 4:  T3<Tm<T4   :  enable on, cooler on; //  hot but acceptable
- state 5:  T4<Tm        :  cooler on;  // too hot

The regulator parameters, log message period is configurable via Windows based software.

Reflective R/G/B low power sensor with RS-232 interface

It has 7bit precision for each colour, integrated white led for light source.

Internal configurable window comparator, and open-collector output.

Wake-up functions by external trigger, this way the power consumption is greatly reduced.
